SHIPPING /EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank You for ordering with Zaire Extensions!

WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. WE DO NOT SHIP T0 P.O BOXES. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION. 

PLEASE SHIP TO AN ACTUAL ADDRESS, AS WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES.


1. How long is processing, shipping, and handling?

Processing takes 3-5 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days. 

Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.

Curbside Delivery is available within 1-2 days depending on your location. (Please note that we only deliver to LA County)

All Packages Delivery is with USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday.

2. When will my tracking number start to update?

After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at 424-229-2090.

3. Can I make changes to my order?


To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily, So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

4. May I make a exchange?


Yes, you can make an exchange within TEN (10) DAYS. The Zaire Extensions hair Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.

You must contact us first before exchanging your package at 424-229-2090 During Business Hours within the TEN (10) day exchange policy. All Zaire Extensions must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a exchange will not be issued. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer exchanges if the Zaire Extensions hair seal on the bundle has been broken!

We find that we have very low exchange rates and we are proud of the high quality hair extensions that we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with! We are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair.

5. Can I make a return?

We do not offer returns. We will exchange (refer to exchange policy) but being that these Human Hair extensions we cannot be sure what happens to the hair once shipped out. All sales are final.
